I first bought this product in 2019 because my single cat needed a fountain, and after much consideration, I’m so glad that I chose this product! The kept the first one for two years, and only replaced it because the screen for the filter had become so worn after two years that it wouldn’t properly filter anymore, and the wires for the pump were continuously growing algae. I’m still impressed that the first fountain lasted two years, the only issue I had with it was that the light went out quickly but it still worked perfectly. So I bought the second one last year (2021) and it’s still working even better than the first one! They’re almost exactly the same, but this second pump is a little harder to clean. Other than that, the second one has been flawlessly working for over a year! I don’t understand how some people say their only lasted a couple of months because I’ve had no complaints about the two that they I’ve purchased over the years. They each lasted a lot longer than expected, and only needed to be replaced when it became understandably worn out. I am confused about why I can no longer purchase the filters though. I only got on Amazon today to buy more filters and apparently they are no longer selling the ones for this fountain? So I may need to figure out something else. Just wanted to say that I’ve been very glad to have this product in my home and my cat absolutely loves it. He drinks so much more water now than he used to, and I will purchase this product again when it’s time to replace the current one (probably next year). It holds a decent amount of fresh water for my 3 cats for about 4 days. It's easy to add fresh water and it's easy and quick to clean (they recommend flushing it out every 4 days or so. Easy to change the filter when it's time to do so. Everything about it is convenient. Cats really like drinking out of the fountain so I don't need additional water bowls. The fountain is quiet and the unit has only an 8" x 8" square footprint on my kitchen floor.

I like it. It's simple, not many parts, easy to clean and not too loud. However, one thing that I didn't notice about the design until I recieved it, is that the top is somewhat shallow. It operates on the premise that the pump pumps faster than the top can drain. So if the pump gets clogged, power goes out or it just plain stops working and the water level isnt completely full, your pet won't have access to the water its holding under the top! I have an older fountain that is open and if it fails, the majority of the water is still available to drink. In fact it failed and is pretty old and stained/scratched and bought this to replace it. I now think I'll buy something to supplement this one as a backup. We only leave our pup outside when it's cooler but I worry if I ever didn't fill it completely up before leaving for work in the morning and she was outside and this thing failed somehow , she wouldn't have water!Sidenote, this thing is more of a bubbler and really not a fountain. So the water won't be as aerated as it would In a standard fountain...I'll keep it but will probably eventually replace it and maybe only use this one indoors instead the patio where it is now.

Live this fountain. I have bought almost ever fountain imaginable over the years. 5 cats 2 dogs and always have at least 4 different water fountains around the house. I really like this one. I like the filtration system. I love the led light and view window so you can see the water level and unlike many of the other fountains I’ve owned, this doesn’t have a bunch of books and crannies that are impossible to clean. It filters water as it is returning to the supply, so it’s filtered before it gets to the pump and therefore the pump does not get the usual clog of pet hair, etc. Would live to see a bigger model for my big dogs so I wouldn’t have to fill as often but other than that no complaints. Even had a led light go out on a new unit, pump was still operational but submerged led had gone out. Contacted company via DOGNESS app and customer service sent me a link to. It a new one on Amazon and they refunded me in full. Can’t do better than that had my bee pump the next day

I had a Dogness pet fountain - the exact same one, just a little older. This model is easy to clean. I've owned other pet fountains. I liked this one. So when the pump finally quit, I tried to order a new pump but could not find one. I emailed the Dogness Company. No response. So I ordered another one on Amazon.This is a new model although it looks the same as my previous version. The PROBLEM is the pump is more powerful and it squirts the water right to the edge and splashes all over the floor. There is no way to adjust the fountain output. Plus my small dogs are afraid of it. They are used to a "kinder, gentler" fountain. So I called the Customer Service number on the packing slip. They were nice but basically "kicked the can" down the road with no real resolution. So I'm sending it back and moving on from Dogness. I'm sorry Dogness changed the pump and does not offer a replacement and has no customer service.

The good news is that the dogs love this new water bowl. I like that it filters the water well and keeps it circulating. It does need to be cleaned out at least once per week and the water level needs to be kept up with. The bad news is that the LED that allows you to easily see the water level has burned out and stopped working only 20 days into ownership. The pump is still working, but I fear that it is next. I will probably be packaging it up and returning it tonight unless Dogness has a fix or makes replacement parts available. I probably shouldn't have stocked up on filters.

The media could not be loaded. I am coming back here to do a update review, I got this product when my first dog was a puppy, how is 1.5 years old and we still use that!! Actually we got more 2 of those! They are great, it lets you know when it’s time to add so more water, the filter is so good!!!! Please clean the filter every week or so because you know how dogs sometimes can bring some dirt to they own water. My favor part is that keeps the water cooler and fresh! Very ease to assembly, it took me around 5 min, no leaking at all! It’s a great investment for your 4 loves !

Excelente bebedero, tenemos el dispensador de alimento también y han sido excelentes productos, el bebedero te avisa con una luz roja cuando comienza a quedarse sin agua y si lo controlas con un enchufe inteligente es lo mejor, es de 2 litros aproximadamente y con el filtro siempre se cuenta con agua limpia, el único pero es la longitud del cable, es usb pero si es algo corto, considerando el qué tiene el dispensador de alimento.

Der Brunnen ist sehr robust und leise für dieses Geld würde ich ihn wieder kaufen

After only 4 months the pump makes a ton of noise. I do not recommend this product.
