• Tulsi Holy Basil Tincture is also known as Holy Basil Tincture, Tulasi Tincture, Indian Basil Tincture, Thulasi Tincture. • Known as the "The Queen of Herbs", tulsi is the most sacred herb of India. Tulsi has been revered in India for over five thousand years, as a healing balm for body, mind and spirit. • Tulsi is known for its soothing and adaptogenic properties. Ingredients: Tulsi Aerial Organic (Ocimum Sanctum), 1:2@25%, Certified Organic • 1 ml of the tincture contains 500 mg of the herb. • Certified Organic by The UK Soil Association. Licence No: DA22368. EU Organic Certified GB-ORG-05 EU/non-EU agriculture. • Free from: Fillers • Binders• Gluten • Wheat • Lactose • Preservatives • Artificial Colouring • Yeast • Sugar • Animal testing Directions: • The recommended dosage is 1ml to 5ml tincture diluted in water three times a day. • Caution: Do not use internally during pregnancy unless prescribed by a qualified medical herbalist. For all other health conditions always seek advice from a qualified herbal practioner. • Tinctures are liquid herb extracts taken internally. They are made by soaking herbs in water and natural sugar cane alc. Our tinctures are made using 1part herb to 2 parts liquid with 25% alc. This makes a very high concentration tincture and provides 500mg of herb per 1 ml. The natural alc. used in our tinctures is made from sugar cane, which allows the tinctures to be gluten free and certified organic. The general recommendation is 1-5ml up to three times daily in water or juice. • All tincture bottles come with a graduated 0.5ml to 1ml pipette for easy dispensing.

Nice taste
I tried this to reduce the pollutants in the tap water. Had a strange taste which I began to like. I have read the pros and cons of using this. I have used it and if this works, then it is worth it.

Seems good but not for me
Seems like a high quality product but unfortunately the herb didn't work in the way I expected. It did lower my stress/anxiety levels but to the point that it made me extremely apathetic. I had no motivation to do anything while I was taking it.

An effective product
This item arrived on time and was well packaged. I have not used this before and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and the aroma of it. I like the ease of using a dropper as it measures out exactly what is needed into the cup. I am looking forward to the positive results it should bring.
