Makes a beautiful loaf of bread!
Very sturdy banneton. Makes a beautiful loaf of bread. Not easy to clean but that is to be expected when you have a somewhat sticky dough and use lots of flour.

So useful
I love this baguette banneton. I’ve used it a bunch of times now and it works really well and is great for overnight proofing in the refrigerator. I’ve tried it both with the cloth, and without the cloth (but sprinkled the inside with rice flour), both work great!

Perfect for sourdough.
I like the longer loaf this produces. I use it in conjunction with my Emile Henry Italian Loaf Baker and make amazing sourdough bread with it!

Not 9"
Don't be fooled by the claim of measurements by Better Jonny, as the interior measure of this banneton is lucky to be 8 1/2", i.e., it's significantly smaller than you'd expect. It still works just fine as a banneton, but you won't be able to use it for the size of loaf you imagine.

Well made and a good deal
After getting a couple of smaller ones, that I somehow didn't realize were going to be too small, I exchanged for these. I searched quite a while and found these to be among the least expensive, but they're well made and work great.My recipe makes 2 loaves about 1.5 lb each after baking: 3 cups (750 g) of water, 7 cups (1 kg) of flour

Great size for French bread
I returned my product because it was smaller than I expected.I am giving it three stars because that’s medium star rating. This may be perfect for you.It will sit one French bread in this basket. Not Italian bread, French bread.

So far I have been very happy with my purchase
This product arrived on time and as described online. So far I have been very happy with my purchase. I washed my banneton, let it dry thoroughly, and then prepped it for use by spraying water, and coating the interior with rice flour (and letting that dry and tap out excess) before the first use. I am pretty pleased with it, it serves its purpose, and was a good value and appears to be well made.
