Updated Review12/17/19 Works great BUT read the comments to find out how to set the clock.
I like how compact the clock is, and it's charging my phone rapidly, and it's super handy BUT there were no instructions and I'd really like to know how to set the time. I have been removing the batteries and plugging it in at exactly noon, but we've had two power failures this month and the back up batteries make the clock run slow... so I'd REALLY LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIME. There's no website, no contact info, and nothing on google. Help!EDITED: I appreciate that Superdanny commented with instructions, especially since when I tried to find them online I was unsuccessful. Someone also made a youtube video. I've owned the clock for 6 months, and other than the battery back-up making the clock run slow, it's been a great clock. I like that you can change the brightness of the display for night-time. The daylight savings time is nice and I like the plugs for charging. It supports a rapid charger. I recommend it, but DEFINITELY bookmark the review so you can figure out how to set it.

Unsatisfied
Display has stopped functioning 6 weeks after installing. The AC outlets and USB ports still function, but the display does not

Very handy for travel and seller support is exceptional
I ordered this unit primarily for travel. We often rent a home at the shore for a week at a time, and many of the homes have a limited number of usable outlets. With 6 adults and 2 children in the home, it seems someone was always walking around with a cable in their hand, looking for an outlet to use to charge up. This little unit has a small footprint, is easy to carry and worked like a charm. We had a small problem in that the clock would not light up, but the seller was very responsive and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend both the seller and the unit to anyone looking for a handy charging station. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Very visible
My husband wanted this for his alarm. It works except for plugging in his gadgets and setting the clock at night. It is not overly bright so it would keep you awake but allows you to see it during the day. The alarm is perfect. He hears it but on the outside the buffer, i can sleep thru it.

Numbers fade out
We’ve bought three of these over the past years. Everything is good except the numbers for the time dim out and you can’t read them.
