Victorinox Swiss Army 6.7703 Swiss Classic Straight Paring Knife Black 4 in

Great paring knife. Super-sharp which seems to last for quite a while. I usually replace them every year because the price is fair and less expensive than having them sharpened. I prefer the serrated knife that has a pointed tip but unfortunately that wasn't an option with my most recent purchase. Hopefully the manufacturer will bring that version back. I tend to use this knife to cut up fruit or slice smaller sized tomatoes and it works perfectly for that. The grip is good and I like the color options.

Very sharp right from the start. Love the fibrox handle, gives great grip. Finally got this one to replace my previous after going through culinary school then 18 years of use. It still cuts just fine, but the handle gets smooth after roughly 20 years of use. Definitely worth the money.

The paring knife I had used for at least 30 years was starting to need sharpened more frequently so i thought I should get a new one. I purchased this knife and another brand, this is such a win. I really didn't think I was going to like this. I thought it was too long and too thin to hold and use safely. Boy was I wrong. I love it. It peels beautifully and the 4" blade means you can cut up potatoes or smaller apples and oranges. I would purchase this knife again and just might so I have a back up.

These are very handy, they are sharp so be careful, and maybe a bit thin in the blade yet it is durable. They get a lot of everyday kitchen jobs done, ideal everyday knife, and cheap so no worries though mine has held up a few years and still going strong. Good grip on the handle and very versatile.

I needed a decent paring knife. This one was recommended by America's Test kitchen. I was surprised at the plastic handle and am afraid to put it in the dishwasher, but overall, I like it. It fits nice in my hand, the plastic grip is a little textured to prevent slippage and its very sharp. A comfortable nice size for paring. I like it.

I love this knife! Bought my 1st one as a pantry chef, we had to have knives. Was inexpensive but Victorinox is well known in my house as great hunting knives, so I got 1. Now I have about 5-6 of these little paring knives for everything. They fit my little hands perfectly (only 5'2"), they sharpen easily and I can break down anything from a chicken to skinning fruit. Now if I could get people to stop taking them, that would be amazing 🤣

Onions, cucumbers, tomatoes - this little knife is perfect for slicing up bits and pieces for cooking up a meal. It's not going to hack through beef ribs, but anything that goes with those ribs is fair game.Thin blade, quite sharp (although as a woodworker I always sharpen a bit more), lightweight and a grippy handle. I've been cooking since my Mama taught me as a child, so with 60+ years of making food I'm quite satisfied with this little beastie.
