I love this product. I started my locs almost 2 years ago and this is what I have been using for my whole loc journey. I love the way my hair looks when I get a re twist and how it lay my edges. Works great. I also believe this helped with some of my hair growth as well. It does give me moisture and shine. It is not greasy and doesn't weigh my hair down. It keeps my edges on point all day. Even in the heat.

Absolute favorite loc product. Best for people that workout and holds a retwist. Washes out easy too. Smells great. Definitely recommend and have been using this product for 8 years. If I don’t have it I won’t get a retwist. I even take it to my loctitian for her to use instead of using their stuff.

My edges must be imbued with the spirit of the ancestors bc they refuse to stand down. I've tried so many products and nothing results in long lasting hold without white flakes including this product. What I do find this useful for is when I braid or straighten my hair. It helps me hold my hair like nothing has and make my parts crisp but I do have to wash my hair that night or the next day to avoid a waxy white coating. I also use it on my box braids after a week or two to keep down frizz. I prefer other products for my edges, but b/c of the amount I get for the price I use this when I want to keep my edges down when I'm just gardening or sticking close to home. If I begin to sweat, I can brush down my edges with my finger and it holds. I must wash my edges at the end of the day if I use this product to remove the buildup and prevent a white coating on my hair.

I bought this gel for braiding and I absolutely love it! The delivery was fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition. It has a really nice scent, and it holds the hair well without being too sticky or flaky. I’ve used it a few times already, and it works great for clean, neat parts and smooth braids. Not a good product to do a retwist on dreads. The product didn't hold past two days.

This hair product is good.it slicks your hair up really well without it flaking up or turning white.
