Still planning for my big winter adventure. Got some hand warmers to put in my gloves & then bought these sticky back ones to go under my clothes. On the back of my neck to soothe my no doubt sore shoulders from my running poles & on my back/stomach to warm my core. Lightweight so easy to carry. I don't like buying disposable but in this case it's the practicality I need most! Good product.

Purchase this pack for parents in law in Europe where the winters there are merciless and could go to as low as -30 Celsius. They have some health issues so this would be of some comfort for them.It works well and last all day

Does NOTHING. The photo with the 5 star reviews is NOT what is being advertised or delivered. The only thing true about is is that it sticks to the skin and also smells of deep heat. But does not provide any soothing comfort, heat or benefit. It just provides discomfort. WASTE OF MONEY
