Operations Management (Operations and Decision Sciences) 11th Edition

Excelente libro, en óptimas condiciones y con un precio excepcional.

I bought the book from itwasprinted the teacher of my class at involve this book said that technically 12 with the edition that was used but 11 was basically the same and they we could buy it. so this is a replacement if you do not want to buy the newer addition that is more expensive. The seller that I bought this from said that it was good as far as the quality and honestly this book is like new the only thing that I can really see that's wrong with it is that the bind is a little bent on the corners other than that is literally perfect so far I haven't seen any writing or highlighting in the book and all of the pages are nice and crisp.

The course I was taking was 4 months long, and I assure you that in-depth study and mastery of the material takes longer. It was a nice balance of theory and application in formula and calculation. I found the text well laid out and easy to follow in most areas, as the author does a superb job of keeping description and explanation as simple as possible. I heartily recommend this book for anyone serious about the study of operations management.

I had absolutely the worst teacher for my operations class and I would have failed if it wasn't for this book. The best thing about this book is how well it walks you through the problems. I was able to follow along with the examples and solutions easily and then able to do the problems on my own.

Well-developed and written, with myriad real examples of companies and their application of principles covered in this text. Our instructor has much praise for it, and the availability of study guides, quizzes, and slide presentations for students is very helpful in navigating these complex topics. I have subscribed to the Kindle version and find it easy to use, and I have it on my notebook and PC at home, so it's available when I need it.

Amazon's rental program saved me tons of money and will continue to use for future classes. As far as the book goes, I cannot too much about it because it is a normal college textbook. It is in great condition though. Got it in no time for my college course thanks to Amazon Prime!

Simple concepts are made complicated and impractical in 'Operations Mangement' by Stevenson. After giving up on trying to understand this book, I went to the public library and checked out a couple of OM books that helped me survive the class. Also, this is by far the heaviest book in my business program. Watch your back (literally).

Some loose-leaf products come with their own binder, this didn't (more cost). An access code was needed for this class, product description was vague on this point, no access code included (more cost). Evaluate total cost of your needs before purchasing.

Interesting book but a dry read like always. Very useful tool for those entering management.
