Do you even Squat?! Awesome little bottle that makes those protein drinks not taste so bad. Its nice that it has shaker to help mix everything up. I have also used this for mixed drinks and its been great! Easy to clean and use!

My daily cup and I love it. My only complaint is it's hard to pop the lid open. But overall it's great!
