I bought these jars because I make all my granddaughter’s baby food-fruit, veggies, now proteins. Youngever states their jars are dishwasher, freezer, etc proof. Well after many hours of food prep I popped them into the freezer only to find out days later putting the jars in the freezer wasn’t the only thing that “popped”. The lids managed to work themselves off on many jars!! How does this happen when the screw on and done properly?!?!?! One maybe, several?? I don’t think so. I put up the same foods in a different brand with “locking” lids and not one issue. What a shame, I bought 2 cases of these jars!!! I guess I can use them in the garage for sorting nails and screws. All that time, energy and food waste. Very unfortunate.JW

I have spent too much time trying to find good containers to hold pure powdered sucralose (artificial sweetener - commonly known as Splenda). These jars are just the right size, and their easy to sanitize glass base means that the powder isn't getting contaminated or lost in plastic texture. Most importantly - the lid seals completely, and doesn't require pressing down or "burping", so the powder doesn't want to fly everywhere. If you use artificial sweetener, buying it bulk in powder form can save a considerable amount of money over buying packets, and these jars do not look out of place near your coffee or tea station. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I did not have any issues with broken, chipped, or sharp jars or lids, and only one of the softer inner seals had to be reseated due to being misaligned when the lid was screwed on in manufacturing.

I have decided to get rid of all my plastic storage containers due to health concerns about leaching chemicals from plastics especially when heated in a microwave.I purchased these jars to portion and freeze homemade tomato sauce. Tomatoes products are one of the worse items to heat in a microwave.They survived the freezer but I also only filled them to about 5 oz. I also use them to carry snacks and store a variety of foods.I purchased 2 sets and I love them. They clean up easily in the dishwasher. I hope the caps and gaskets hold up long term.

When I first got the jars they felt very cheap and one of them was already chipped. I tossed it and used the rest. Well today my mom opened a jar of food and told me there were some broken glass pieces on top.A little upset that I will toss these. I'm going to get the other brand I got last time. A bit more expensive bit definitely worth it.

Some of the new ones came with a crack and most of the other ones have all broken when heating up in the bottle warmer. Look elsewhere if you don’t want your child eating glass!!

Do not buy. It is not safe. Cracks unexpectedly under cool or warm temperatures. So only useable at room temperature. Very unsafe for baby food.

The thickness of these jar fool me they crack when I put it in the microwave. At least 3 to 4 of them crack!

I love these jars. Easy to see measurements on one side and stackable. I can wash by hand or dishwasher. Love that I can remove and clean the lid rubber.

Decent enough product but arrived with one broken... tried to get in touch to request replacement but no response so have just had to make do with the ones that are whole...

[UPDATE] I cut my fingers on the rim of the plastic lid when I was opening it. Due to its low quality, it’s very sharp. Hazardous. It’s a tiny but definitely an open wound. It hurts whenever I wash my hands.=====I’m not happy with the quality. But since there’s not so many choices of glass baby food jars above 6oz out there in Amazon market, I’m just using them anyway.

I’ve ordered a Tupperware similar to this in the past from Amazon. Very low quality, brakes extremely easy. These arrived today and six out of eight were already chipped and broken.
