Mobile App crashes and is not connecting to wifi
The inverter sometimes doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the mobile app has trouble too. I called customer service, but they couldn't fix it. Their help for this problem is really bad.

Not a good product to buy. Received product without warranty.

the inverter does not work, when the batteries are connected, it simply switches on and off intermittently. Utterly unacceptable and disappointing!!!

Product is good
It’s stable and good. It can even take load of 1 ton 5 star inverter AC without getting overheated.However, it’s Wi-Fi connectivity and app is a problem that needs to be addressed by company.
