Needle found in comforter, poked me while folding it
While unfolding the covers to the pillow I was poked by something sharp. I pushed up on it to see what it was and it was a needle. I had to bite down on it with my teeth just to pull it out. I just want to speak with someone. I’m bittersweet bc I want the pillow and I checked it throughly bc I want it and I don’t want it to poke my new born baby…

No Quality Control?
The zippered opening with which to feed the long padding 'snake' is all of about 6" long. You have to feed half through one side of the channel and half through the other side. For another $two bucks (their cost), they could have provided an adequate opening that didn't leave one exhausted at the end. Also, the "fully zippered" mat pad cover not only wasn't fully zippered, but had no zipper at all, and no opening anywhere n the perimeter seam. Now for the positives. It would seem to be a decent quality cotton or cotton blend woven fabric, which will nicely serve the purpose of cradling my grandchild on my bed, or even on the floor while the family visits. I am not anxious to launder it and have to go through the hassle of reassembling, but I don't have confidence that the replacement would be different. I have a 2nd one arriving later today. Fingers crossed that it is made correctly..12/19 - The 2nd one arrived, and does indeed have a full zipper for the channel that the foam bumper sits in, making it far easier to install. However, this one also included a mysterious unzippered fabric piece that seemingly is just loosely placed over the foam mat. Strange. Should serve the purpose for which they were ordered, but some riddles too.

Try another company.
Had to return two times. First product had two female buckles at the bottom & second time the zipper on the cover was faulty. It also is actually one solid color or pattern on each side. There is a little loose piece of fabric that you lay on top of the middle cushion if you want it to look like the picture. Seems like that will never stay in place.

Soft and sturdy
Super soft and comfy! The elephant fabric is like a sturdy cotton while the white is a soft fleece. I love that it mimics being held in a way. My little man refused to sleep in his bassinet even if we swaddled him. Now he sleeps just fine! Love it!

Great inexpensive alternative
This thing works. But the only downfall of it is the end where you tie it seems flimsy and like babies feet or hands can possibly get stuck. But it’s a great inexpensive alternative to other expensive loungers. My little one likes to be in it.

Poorly constructed
This would have been a nice baby bed, however, the zipper wasn’t sewn properly and I am unable to use this. Very disappointed. Will return and purchase a different bed from a company with better quality control.
