Q: Purchased Jan 2020. Just used 1 time, now it won't turn on. I would like a replacement!!?

Hello, I bought one in February 2020 right before Covid shut everything down. I was unable to have my nails done therefore I was unable to used my new steamer. I just tried it for the first time this week Oct 8 2020 and the machine doesn't work. I push the on button, the lights go on for a second, they go off and nothing happens. I would also like a replacement but I don't know how to contact the seller at this point.

The nail steamer has no any harm, the fingers do not need to touch the gel remover liquid, it can relax to remove by steaming, the max temp of the steam is 52℃, and the steam will soften the gel gently and keep your nails healthier. WARM TIPS: before we use this gel nail remover machine set, we recommended to grinding every nail with a nail file, if we skip this step, maybe you can not get the expected result. Please use pure acetone for better results.
