3 months later it's still alive!
Gave it to my GSD for her birthday 3 months ago. Usually, her toys don't survive past 2-3 weeks, even the most durable ones. I'm not talking about those that are made of durable rubber or silicone or whatever they make them out of, with no softer fabric like materials included. She just does not care for them. It has to be fuzzy or somewhat soft... This one she loves to play with and sometimes we even play tug-a-war with this toy, and it is still in one piece. No stuffing is coming out, no eyes or noses bitten off etc. I think this toy is worth the money.

Perfect Bear for Agressive Chewers
Perfect Bear for Agressive Chewers. My dogs are learning to be careful and “Do gentle & do nice with their bears” but as they take them to bed with them and bring them around the house, the rope skeleton enables them to grab them without causing any damage. And the dogs, ironically are not trying to destroy them. I would have never believed it, but they think they’re special; Go Figure ?

Not for aggressive chewers!
This fun looking teddy lasted about 20 minutes with my 15 month old Akita. She had both ears off and chewed its cute little face off with in the hour. Not Kongs best product designated for “aggressive chewers”.

It's pretty tough
Rope internally makes it last longer. The fabric is tough but when tugging the seams do rip. This is my second one and the first 1 lasted 2 months.

This is really a great toy
We have had this Kong bear for 1 week less than 6 months he has been loved and slept with. We have played fetch with him. And when I do something that makes our dog really happy the bear gets thrown in my lap and I “get” to play tug of war with him. He had destroyed every other fabric toy he has had prior to this Kong, the longest any lasted was 3 weeks. So for a dog that needs a companion to cuddle and play hard with, this guy is great.
