These are nice belts, the material is strong and attractive. the belt locks using a ratchet action and its loosened by a small level that releases the ratchet. It's easy on and off and says it TSA approved although I have not worn one flying yet.

Excellent belts, I constantly buy this type of belts for gifts for friends and family, they are sturdy and last waaaaay longer than the typical belts with holes.Tip, the screws that hold these together sometimes get loose, put some locktide on them and screw them back in, and you're good to go for a long goodwhile

I bought this belt for conceal carry. It works great for my needs. The belt is very rigid. Supports my holster very well. Would definitely buy again.

So far I wore this belt once but love it. The tail end of the belt slides on the inside and hides away. No more nerdy look when the extra belt sticks out. The ratchet holds the belt and place. It is easy to release to give extra room or to take the belt off. Highly recommend. The only thing is this that it is a little too long. I am 32' and ordered S size and it is pretty long.

I bought some other similar ratcheting belts on Amazon but started to find myself developing some sort of skin irritation under my belly where my skin meets the buckle. I looked into it and found that nickel buckles can cause this reaction for some. I saw a question answered here about these not having nickel in the buckles so I thought I'd give them a try. So far, the previous irritation has largely faded away and there's been no sign of it returning since switching to these. I was a little worried about the durability of the nylon webbing but it's actually pretty strong and very tightly woven. I only wish these came in more in-between sizes. I wear size 32-34 waist pants, depending on brand/fit, and so I went with the 36"-42" length. It works since the extra material stays on the inside of the belt but it's almost 6 inches of it. If I had gone with the next size down, I'd probably be looking at it just barely coming through the ratchet enough to fit. It really isn't a huge complaint but more sizes would absolutely be welcome.

Otherwise strong as ****. But I gave up on it, going back to the cheap soft ones that Walmart sells.

This belt is neater than normal belt, since the excess belt is hidden underneath the belt.Ratchet also works perfectly, never encountered it slipping.And since ratchet has no predetermined hole position, it's easily adjustable.Also, since it's without hole, there's no risk of hole becoming stretched or shifted due to wear.A better belt design, imho.
