Superb product!
I installed it to my home Boiler! Now I can turn ON/OFF my boiler every time I want even put it on timer for the nightly rate hours. I'm sure you can think of any useful things for this, use it for any appliances and gadgets that you want to be controlled thru your mobile phone. Excellent product and quality.

Great, but check your depth
This is a really nice socket, the glass front looks quality. Only gotcha is it’s quite deep and the cables wire straight in at the back, rather than from the bottom into the terminal like you find on standard sockets. Only just fits into a 35mm box but prob needs a deeper one, so be aware of this if you’re thinking of buying.

Don't bother!
1) BUILD. Looks good: excellent finish and great terminals, big enough to accept two or three 2.5mm cables.2) ASSEMBLY. Awful. The instructions really don't show clearly how the separate sockets fit into the backplane. The amount of force needed to secure them is WAY over the top. A You-Tube video clearly shows an excessive effort to achieve what should be a simple task. I was scared of breaking the socket, and only this video persuaded me to carry out the task.3) FITTING. Wow!! The fixing centres are 200mm. You CAN'T buy a metal back-box in the UK with these centres (I tried nearly every Electrical distributor: the nearest is 185mm, which isn't even close). There is no way I would fit this to anything but a brick wall without a box, as that is an extra fire risk. Fortunately, the wall that it was destined for in my house is brick, but had to be enlarged, much to the chagrin of my neighbours, who didn't appreciate the hammer and chisel noise!4) FACEPLATE. Should have been easy to fit, but it wasn't. The backplane has to be exactly flush with the wall, which is no mean feat when your walls are nearly 90 years old and a bit uneven.5) THE APP. Nothing wrong with the app at all. Easy to download and use. The sockets installed straight away and were renamed easily. The problem was integrating with Alexa. It didn't matter what I did, Tuya Smart would not integrate. Yes, I could operate the sockets from their app, but they couldn't be found in Alexa, no matter how many times they were removed and reinstalled. At this point, I was about to send the sockets back, but I decided to give the sockets one last chance. I tried to find them in my existing Smart Life app, which I use for my Ketotek Smart switches. BINGO!! The sockets were there, so I uninstalled them and hooked them through Smart Life, AND THEY WORK! Wonderful.6) SUPPORT. Really quick, but not particularly helpful. You-Tube videos are the best way to answer your questions. If I had known just how much hassle this triple socket was going to be, I would have fitted two BG twin sockets instead. Now I wonder just how much extra hassle they are going to be when I turn the wifi off again. Fingers crossed!

Impractical
Terminals are too small for more than two wires. Back of the socket is too deep for a standard back box

Faulty purchase no longer works after 2 months
I was satisfied to begin with all working out connecting with Wi-Fi and app but now no longer connects to Wi-Fi and useless as a smart socket

The fit
I’ve got many plugs but if I had known about Wi-Fi controlled sockets I would have certainly have bought those instead.Only negative side, make sure you measure the aperture as it’s a bit of a tight squeeze.
