Quality is good for the value. Performance not as expected, the food stains the pans. The food also sticks, unfortunately I still haven’t found nonstick pans. But as long as you soak the pans in boiling hot water and some detergent overnight then the food usually comes off.

Own multiple items from Tower and never been let down by the quality of the items.This is a set of 3 different sized and shaped baking tray.The loaf if from bread and butter loafs or small breads. The Round one will do cakes and pies. And the square one is for casseroles, sheperd pieces, etc (For 3-4 people).It’s a good selection of trays and will do a small family of 2-3.They are to be used on maximum 230C. Not dishwasher safe. Also safety information tells not to pour cold water while the trays are hot. 1 year warranty from time of purchase, but there’s a website in the leaflet, where you can register for another 2 year warranty, totalling 3 years.The quality of the trays are good, not too thick, but also not the cheap thin baking trays I’ve had a few previously. They have rounded edges underneath, which helps for the trays not to slide out from my hands.Price also feels very like a good deal. Happy with the items!

Tower Cerasure 3 piece Baking Tray Set: This is a nice set of baking pans, if you want these specific pans. They are light weight and have a good non-stick finish that requires very little greasing, and cleans easily with a dry paper towel or a soft cloth after use. I only washed these when I took them out of the box and haven’t done so since but, if required, a quick dip in warm soapy water and a thorough dry would suffice.The set provides a 3lb loaf tin, and 8” square cake tin and a rather large 11” circular cake tin - great for Christmas or birthday cakes. The sizing on the box is a bit misleading as they give dimensions in mm’s which includes the surrounding pan structures so when first viewed they appear non-standard when in fact they are all standard sizes.The non stick surface cerasure, is apparently, a ceramic based coating and reportedly healthier than Teflon. Articles I’ve read state that while 100% ceramic cookware is a healthy option, ceramic coatings tend to be soft and start to wear away leaving underlying and possibly toxic substances exposed. I’m not sure this is the case with this set, it’s made of carbon steel but not sure if any other metallic elements are involved in the coating. That said, I’m not concerned about using this type of bakeware, which usually has very light contact and washing wear and therefore little risk of coating damage unlike fry or saucepans.The set has a 3 year warranty, 1year is automatically applied when bought, however the additional 2 years require you to register on the Tower site. I think at £18 pound, at time of review, the set is good value for a mid range, non-Teflon product that will take a good bit of use without wear and tear, they look smart with black exterior and graphite gray interior and do what is required very well.

What an excellent quality set of baking trays by Tower! I love the three different designs and shapes as it will give you the freedom to bake a large variety of cakes. For instance, I used the deep loaf tin to make a vanilla marble cake which was cooked to perfection and delicious. These trays do a great job at ensuring the cake is fluffy and moist inside. As for the other trays I made brownies in these and both had a similar result. Super gooey and beautifully cooked. It has been such a joy to bake with these trays since I have owned them these last few weeks.I also noticed that the carbon steel construction provides an excellent non-stick surface which means you don't need to overflow your trays with butter before baking to avoid sticking. It also makes the trays way easier to clean so you wont need to scrub and damage the surface after use. I’m a regular baker so it’s important for me to use a quality set that I know I can rely on time and time again without the hassle of having to purchase new ones every few months. These definitely fit the bill! They should last years with care and feel durable and robust enough to handle any sort of baking I throw at them.They’re lightweight, easy to clean, and the non-stick coating works like a charm. I’ve rarely needed to grease them before baking, and only spread a very thin layer of butter and flour when making a thick cake or pie.The loaf tin is the perfect depth for both bread and other desserts too. Heats up in no time and bakes evenly so the bread ends up perfect every time.A must-have in the kitchen. I had not heard of Tower before receiving these but I’m now convinced they are a great make. I got three baking trays in different shapes.We seem to choose these quicker than other trays we have. The food cooks just as well in them and they are easy to clean.Would definitely recommend this set of baking trays.
