I always read reviews of vitamin and supplement brands on Consumer Labs website. They test to ensure the capsules contain the declared amount and test for metals.Also, I can confirm that it is a good fiber supplement.

Its a natural way to help digestion

That is a ton of pills. I didn’t read the fine print before purchasing, so it was my bad. The pills themselves are great, and I only use 3 per day and am getting the expected benefits.

I’m not certain if it’s necessary to wait 1 hour to take the fiber after taking other medication or 2 hours after taking the fiber capsules to take another medication. It’s difficult to follow these restrictions as I take several medications that I wouldn’t want to have diminished strength.

Really like this supplement!

I am livid. I bought organic fiber and have been taking for the last couple of days to help gestational diabetes. NO WHERE ON THE LISTING does it show the back of the bottle prop 65 which is dangerous to consume while pregnant. 100% DISHONEST.

This is a great fiber supplement if you don't want to deal with mixing powders into drinks etc. Its organic which is great and very simple ingredients. This is a good clean brand too.
