DANGER! NOT MICROWAVE SAFE! CAUSED A PAINFUL BURN!
I checked and double checked that the seller said these bowl were microwave safe (they did). They are NOT. I heated up something for 30 seconds and the gold rim got SO HOT that I sustained a SERIOUS 2nd degree (blistered) BURN. I'm returning them.
