My first review..on anything.....felt really compelled to let others know about my experience. Ordered product Monday Night, July 2 and received on Thursday, July 5th....very impressive due to the Holiday!! I was very hesitant on buying this product due to the reviews concerning the filters....but I bought it anyway. So very thankful that I did!!! I followed the instructions and set up the pitcher. Don't yet have anything to test the PH level, but going to purchase this today, have to know because this water is amazing!!! I filtered several pitchers for drinking...and the filter worked great....I put in the fridge to filter more water, the filter was "at a drip" the next morning, so I did what the manufacturer says to do, I took the filter out and tapped it on the end, put it back in and it works great....I learned quickly to do this BEFORE I fill the res up with water......I do not mind doing this, for this amazing water. I got it Thursday, drank 2-3 large glasses Thursday night and got up Friday and filled a gallon jug of my "new" water to take to work. I had about 3-4 inches of water left in the bottom of the jug when it was time to come home. I have only had this several days now and I know this is going to sound crazy, but my hands were extremely dry and rough.....I can tell a BIG difference in my hands....the skin is getting soft....without applying hand lotion!!!! This water tastes great, and I believe the benefits will outweigh the negatives.

The water tastes good after filtering from the tap. We can definitely taste the difference. The biggest obstacle is that it appears the filters aren’t working initially. Make sure to run a new filter a few times without the exiting filtered water entering into a pool of already filtered water - lift up the top chamber and allow the water to gravity flow into the pitcher and make sure you see the water coming out. You may have to shake the top chamber a little bit. But once all the air bubbles are out of the new filter (after about two pitchers worth) it works great.

Our city has flushed our water system with so much chlorine this year, I can smell it coming from the tap. This picture is such an improvement over Brita for eliminating the taste and smell. I haven't done any test, but the taste itself is enough to convince me. I keep it on the counter, and because it's a bit slow to fill, I have a gallon jug that I empty it into after it fills. I don't have a problem waiting for all the water to flow through before using it that way. And, really, it doesn't take that long--not any longer than the Brita long-lasting filters did (and the water from those wasn't nearly as good). It's worth the investment for someone who can't go the reverse osmosis route (I rent). Filters are pricey, but then, you get what you pay for.

I love this pitcher. It raises the pH to about 8-8.5. It is easy to use. It does take a few minutes to filter, but planning accordingly helps with this.A minor thing to deal in comparison to its benefits.The water tastes great, as most know with higher pH it's more hydrating, goes down easier. And for someone as myself who struggles to drink water, this s a huge plus.I use it for the entire household, including my dogs.The customer service for the company is stellar!Highly recommend this product. All around a great experience.

This is the best water filter pitcher by far!! I have tried many others and this one reigns supreme!The set up is easy, the timer is accurate and the taste is outstanding. I even use this water for my petsand they love it. I have tested the water myself and it does raise the PH level.I love the fact that they also have added minerals to the filter and that the pitcher itself is BPA free.Very few pitchers remove Flouride and that was very important to me, this one does that.In addition, I want to point out that the customer service for this company is Amazing!!They truly care about their customers' satisfaction and they stand behind their product.I would recommend this to everyone. No need to look any further - you have found the best right here.

This purchase is a disappointment. Im almost suspicious of a lot of the other reviews here but i will give them the benefit of doubt.Opened pkg and read the instructions. This isnt hard to setup. Left filter in water for 10 minutes as instructions suggest. May have been more around 20 minutes +/-. The pitcher is relatively easy to setup. Theres no issues for me there. Its built well for what it costs. I understand the way it pours is a concern for many as it was for me as well.So heres the real test. Our tap water comes from Lake Michigan. Lake water isnt what it used to be even a decade ago. Nevertheless we have a slightly metallic flavor in our tap water. I let the filter pass it twice (instructions suggest this) and then used the water for household plants etc so it doesnt waste. 3rd, 4th time no difference in taste and or texture of water. Its a shame it turned out this way and i had higher expectations. For $30 i wouldve kept it even if it made a little difference but the entire family concurs there is no difference here.Full disclosure, i havent dont any TDS or test strips after this water is filtered so maybe it is in fact doing something. However the most obvious test (the taste test) didnt pass. Had high hopes for this one based on what i read from other reviewers. We ran our fridge water as well through this that actually filters that metallic tap from the lake but again no difference unfortunately.

I purchased this pitcher to filter our well water, as it's on the low side of normal ph range. I chose this product due to it's excellent reviews... And now I'm adding my own! The pitcher is beautiful, easy to use, and the water tastes amazing. The customer service is of the highest caliber, and although most people likely won't need to contact the seller... If you do, you will certainly be happy with the high level of respect and speed of response.

The water is good but from the second day the water flows like a drop to drop from filter not as it shold or don't flows at all.In this situation I need to take out the filter, shake it and put it back.So every few days need to repeat this process..probably they should work on a better filter

I found it very slow at times, but since I don't need large volumes to be filtered, I think it is just perfect for me, and definitely cheaper than any others on the market.

Used this to raise the pH of tapwater. According to the litmus paper strip, it does what it says and raises it about +2.I have no idea what kind of water I like but this is close. I’m not a water person but it definitely improved my disgusting tapwater

Aark is a great filter
