This seller will not back their product!

I have been using Aura Cacia oils for many years. I have been using Aura Cacia Rose oil for more than a year. Upon arrival, this bottle of oil smelled “off.” Not, bad, but not like it should. I contacted the seller, asking for a replacement or refund. They said, “we have no control over the quality of the product and will not give you a replacement or refund.” After three rounds of complaints to Amazon (and Amazon contacting this seller) the seller still refused to do what is right. Amazon stepped up and refunded the cost of the oil. I will never buy from this seller again! I ordered a new bottle directly from Aura Casia. It was perfect

I love the smell, and how its blend with my skin.

It came as something like vegetable oil? No scent, just oil. And they won't take it back!

I don't even know what the contents are.But the seller did end up refunding me, after all! Not sure what happened w this oil, usually Aura Cacia is awesome!
