This toy has to be kept away in a special drawer so that crazy cat only has limited access to it, otherwise she drags it all over the house, and when is finished killing it and making a racket (usually during the wee hours of the morning) deposits it into her water dish for further drowning of the prey item and of course to make sure it is clean and free of germs before she devours it further.

Our cat really tried to love these toys, but there is a slight issue. The elastic string that is used for this toy very easily gets caught between his paws or wrapped around a part of him so he freaks out and runs at top speed while the toy is still stuck to him. It causes him to wail and slide around angrily until its unstuck. I thought this was just a weird one time issue, but it keeps happening over and over to the point that our cat is no longer interested.

I was really excited for these, especially with sturdy wooden sticks! Our little girl Hermione has a fave ball that she got before coming to our home and I've never seen it anywhere, after over a year it's seen better days so I've been looking for a replacement. Unfortunately you can see by the pics what this toy looks like after a couple of weeks of play, so I'm no t holding out hope for it to last much longer lol I guess she plays hard!

The toys were great. Our cat and two kittens (think teenagers), absolutely loved them. They were rather durable, but still not a match for our cats when left unattended with said toys for long durations. The toys were a goner by the end of day 3, the strings snapped and the stuffing removed, but that was still 75 hours of seemingly non-stop play from three cats. A similar toy we had gotten for them lasted for a day, so in the grand scheme of things, it was absolutely worth it.

The stick is way too short. Cat leaps and gets my hand half the time. :(

the toy broke after one min of my cat using it. the holes that hold it in the wood stick somehow broke and the string came out and its impossible to get it back in .. this is exactly 60 seconds after my cat and i played with it together .. badly made

This was a sturdy toy and it keeps my cat active chasing it....ty ms

I bought this a bought these a few months ago it was high quality and my cat loved it. I just bought a replacement and it was much cheaper made and one of the broke right away.
