My 1-year old son was coming home from daycare with several new bug bites every day despite them having turf on the playground instead of grass and I purchased these to try before having to resort to sprays/lotions or DEET-products since I was needing something for daily use. I also purchased the repellant stickers and had them place a band around his ankle and one of the stickers on the back of his shirt during outside play time. I honestly had low expectations, particularly given the mixed reviews, but they have worked so well at school that I started using them on both my son and 4-year old daughter at home while playing in the backyard. We have a wooded area adjacent to our yard and have had to pay for treatments to the yard previously due to the mosquitos and we would still get bites despite the treatments and having several Tiki torches burning in the yard while we were out there. Since using these, they've played outside several times with no bites at all and I've started using them myself as well. We've also reused the same bracelets on multiple occurrences and keep them stored in the zip pouch between uses and haven't noticed any change in their effectiveness. Honestly fantastic product. Glad I took a chance on these and will definitely be purchasing again!

Amazing product, I will say the smell is pretty strong for those who don’t like strong odors. Although I used for an outside event and came out with no bug bites🙌🏼. The only thing I didn’t like is it leaves a color stain depending where the band is when sweating or wet. They also come off easily from the clasp area for kids who tend to be more active.

Not sure if these worked, as I put one on after I realized there were mosquitoes out. I did get bit, but don’t know if I had the bracket on my ankle. The bracelets are very smelly though. I probably would not buy them again.

Didn’t really work , still got bitten

These babies work. Purchased them for a hiking trip. Returned home with no bites & skin in tact. I wore my particular band for a few days. Just be advised to remove it before washing your hands or being submerged into water as it's color will bleed onto your skin. Although it can be removed with soap & water. Locks into place & stays til removed.
