So it's kind of painful to use but I also have lower back pain all the time so it could just be my back. I'm not a regular stretcher either. But I have to say after enduring the 5 mins of pain I said NOPE I'm done. But then after stopping my back felt BETTER. So I used it 5-10 mins a day for a few days and I've felt better after each use. If that's what you are purchasing for you will be pleased.Again, I'm not flexible or in the greatest shape. I'm 26 years old and 160lbs but I do feel like this will help with back pain and flexibility to start a healthier life journey of getting back into shape =]

I’m very satisfied with my new yoga wheel. I love the colors , the design and its high materiel quality.I use it after a long tiring day or sometimes while watching tv. It helps stretching my whole body , padding feels really great on my back !!Deeper backbends are so challenging but using the thrive wheel i can practice passive backbends particularly in my tight spots such as the middle and upper back that are difficult to access using traditional poses.Now i can relax completely and practice long-hold , passive backbends which improve my practice as a newbie.I’m really very excited to do some more poses with it !!It also saved my money. Very good for the back stretching. The only problem is the online video. You have to signed in every time you want to watch the video as your guide.

I am absolutely LOVING my new ThriveWheel! I've been using my wheel consistently now for the last two weeks and the difference between day 1 and now is incredible! From simple stretches and chest expansion, to assisting in forearm stands! I spend most of my time on my wheel after a long day of sitting hunched over my desk at work. This is the absolute BEST feeling. The stretch you get, and the tension you can release in your upper back with minimal effort feels amazing.This yoga wheel really is one of the better quality wheels I've worked with in my 6 years of yoga practice and play. I am absolutely in love with this Yoga Wheel and even my best friend, who is a long time Yoga instructor approves that this is the best wheel she has tried yet. The wheel is extremely well-built, sturdy and perfectly sized for any body weight or shape. Its thermoplastic material definitely makes it standout from the two previous wheels I have bought from other brands in the past where the material was cheap and the chemical smell was strong and intolerable. The video tutorials included with it are super helpful to optimize the use of the wheel, either as a newbie or as a yoga pro.

I bought a wheel from a local retail store, but honestly didn't use it too much, mostly because I didn't know how how to use it. I looked online, but most of the "guides" I found were just pictures of what someone can do with a yoga wheel. I decided to purchase this wheel because of the bonus video tutorials. These videos have been great in helping me learn some basic (and more advanced) poses to do with the wheel.

Well I am not a gym person but I bought it because looks simple to use and will help me with strengthen. I only use it for less than a week and I love it. I was afraid at the beginning because I am a curby woman so I thought the wheel will break drown but it is very good material and I feel safe also because of the material won't run away from you when you are strengthen stay right in the spot. also I love the colors total recommend for a yoga people and beginners like me.

I just started doing yoga again and lets just say I'm not as flexible as I used to be.
