Works perfectly with my Canon Rebel T7
Bought for Astrophotography using my Canon Rebel T7. Did a few 2 hour imaging sessions with no issues and last night I did a 7 hour hour session without issue. Connects to a USB power bank that I have attached to my tripod.

Was excited to try this but my camera had no reaction to it as if it gave off no power.

This does work for the canon rebel t6. You just need to be sure to close the battery door on the camera

Almost but not good enough
I received this today, and it works...kind of. The barrel plug connector (female side) has something defective inside of it that is preventing the barrel plug from fitting completely. With a tiny screw driver and alot of pressure, I was able to force the plug in enough to get power through it.Once that was done it seems to working GREAT!!! It would be perfect for my night of astrophotography. Unfortunately it's defective and will need to be returned.
