I bought this product, Shilajit Gummies with Ashwagandha, and Manuka Honey, on the recommendation of a friend to see how it worked for me,I took it alone, instead of with other supplements to see what the effects would be and I was pleasantly surprised that it does increase my energy, clarity, and focus. Usually when I try a new supplement that everyone raves about I don't feel any different. I took two of these shilajit Gummies, raw Manuka Honey, and Ashwagandha, on the first day and could definitely tell a difference, slightly elevated mood and energy. It wasn't intense or anything, just a little boost that I've been wanting. Hopefully, they continue to work, Ive been taking them for about a week and they seem to be working every day. I'm not sure which ingredient is doing the work, maybe it's all of them together, but I can definitely recommend these if you are looking to try something new.

1000 Mg Shilajit Gummies come in nice little gummy cubes with an orange flavor. It isn't like a strong 'citric' flavor, but is definitely orange. You are to take two gummies each day per the directions on the canister. My husband and I have been taking them for approximately a month. Although they are an enjoyable "treat" everyday, I can not verify that they are potent enough to do the things like immune support, energy and vitality boost, and overall health support. I can verify that they haven't hurt us and that at times we haven't taken them with fidelity at times. 3.5 stars, rounded to 4.

So first, my order took awhile to arrive...like weeks, I almost forgot about it. Exterior package seemed good, jar was good. I ended up dumping them all out and noticed that there was not really a uniform size among them. Some were much bigger than others...I kinda paired the really big ones with the really small ones to average them out since a serving was two. I do like the taste and flavor of gummies, but I have no assurance of what's really in them...there's no third party testing. Also, there is a typo in the label on the jar...so...hopefully these things are at a minimum tasting good and not harming me...but maybe they have the beneficial properties in them.

Love these gummies!! They’re tasty and convenient to have by my desk so I remember to take them. They’re easy and I don’t dread taking it like I would with the raw Shilajit:)
