I use this product at night after using the VoilaVe Vit C serum. At first I thought the smell was off but there is a note in the packaging explaining that it is the natural extract smell and that it dissipates shortly after application, which is true. Now I'm used to the smell and I actually like it, it smells natural and woody/nutty. I would recommend this for anyone who is at that age when the skin loses its elasticity and start to become papery and dry. I wake up with baby soft skin and it seems that it prevents any blemish or pimple from developing (I think that this may be in conjunction with the Vit C serum). I have sensitive skin and this product works great. I think maybe for oily skins it may be a little too heavy, but it would be worth a try as it disappears into the skin overnight. For daytime use it may be a little too oily, but probably good for hands and dry areas, nails, cuticles, etc.

It is suppose to have a mild smell to it, this stunk like fish oil and I could smell it while wearing it during the day. I purchased another bottle from Mountain Rose Herbs and compared the two products side by side and there was a big difference. My new bottle was rich in color and has a light nutty smell and is delightful. I keep the majority of the oil refrigerated as this type of oil has a shorter life span.

What a find!! Are you maturing? Have dark Spots? Stretch marks? Do you have dry skin, hair, cuticles? These are SOME of the questions and Voila Ve Rosehip oil is the answer! I had heard great things about Rosehip Oil in the past, but was skeptical. I could kick myself now for not trying this sooner and putting an end to my 'dry, aging' problems!! This works phenomenally well not just for wrinkles, but for deep lines as well! It lightens dark spots, diminishes stretch marks, moisturizes and hydrates skin AND hair and is better than any salon treatment for chapped hands and cuticle repair, and ALL at a much more affordable price! I have yet to unearth all the possibilities and benefits of this magical oil, but I'm not finished looking and/or trying them all out! A little goes a long way without leaving an oily feeling, just softness. Apply it to your problem skin, hair and nails, and VOILA.... damage repaired, it IS that easy! But don't just take my word for it, if you are hesitant, take a little time, do a little research, then run back here and buy this!!! Here's to a more youthful you!

Helps moisturize my skin without any pore clogging, breakouts, or too much of a sheen. I am prone to blemishes, and this oil seems to help with both oiliness and scarring--nothing drastic but helpful. Light earthy smell that I kind of like. I apply a couple drops to the (very dry) ends of my wavy hair to tame frizz and flyaways.

I use VoilaVe's Triple Action Vitamin C product and love it, so I decided to try a few of their other products. This Rosehip Oil has a really unpleasant (dare I say rancid?) odor to it. I am willing to suffer a bit to hang on to the last shred of my youth, so I continued to use it for a bit, but I didn't see any difference from any other regular old moisturizer and the smell is just off-putting, so, I didn't even get through half the bottle.

I have been using this in conjunction with the vitamin c serum and hyaluronic acid by the same company. It is a great company with great service and follow up. I am using as instructed as a moisturizer. I am a bit puzzled by the reviews. It IS greasy. It DOES stain if it gets on sheets etc. Probably comes out but one reviewer claims to have dropped it on white Berber carpet and it left no stain. It shows on my sheet. It does absorb and the smell is not at all unpleasant. But it takes awhile to absorb. Keep your hair back! Also. NO reduction in any scars one reviewer claimed it practically erased a scar on her husbands arm overnight. I've been putting it on a couple of scars on my face for weeks. No change. Good moisturizer and I feel good about natural ingredients. No miracles here.

This is my fourth purchase of Rose Hip oil and yours is the best! Thank you for putting out what truly seems to be an excellent product at a decent price. The first time I tried rose hip oil, I purchased from Amazon from another seller and I think the oil was also good, but about $24.00 for 4 oz. Next time I tried oil from Radha at a lower price, also 4 oz and it had no smell and was clear in color. I didn't know enough to realize that this was probably processed and I liked those qualities in my ignorance. I saw it advertised for less again on Amazon and so I bought another bottle. I then did some research and realized that the clear color and lack of smell was not a good sign that a rose hip oil was pure. I purchased 1 oz. of oil from another manufacturer as it was a special offer, but that oil also was clear and odorless.Finally, I needed to resupply and price is important to me on a budget. I was almost going to buy the Eve Hansen oil again, even at the higher price. Then I noticed yours at less cost than the Even Hanson and with the USDA organic symbol so figured it was a good gamble. Good idea, because I love it! Besides the yellow color and pure rose hip smell (which is not the greatest), it has a wonderful consistency and I can tell the difference now from the clear odorless oils. It's enticing to see the lower prices on a lot of the rosehip oils now coming up on Amazon, but I'm convinced they are not the real deal as yours is. It's certainly worth it to pay a little more for truly pure rose hip oil and all the benefits. Thanks for making the price affordable for your great product. I'm just so pleased with it! Oh, and I think the squirt top works better than the eye dropper of the other oils I purchased, as, for me, it's more convenient and makes for less waste. It takes time to write these reviews, but I know it means a lot to sellers ... and good products deserve good reviews!!
