Accurate, but WAY too slow
It takes so long to give a reading that I fall back to sleep when taking my temp before getting out of bed. Not good for NFP. No light to show you temperature either. I timed how long it took to give a reading at it is over 4 minutes.... I do think it was accurate though.

DID NOT WORK! SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS WAS A WASTE!
AFTER 15 MINS OF NOT HEARING A BEEP, IT BECAME VERY OBVIOUS THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG. IT TAKES FOREVER AND MOVES VERY SLOW AND IT NEVER DOES BEEP, EVEN IF THE NUMBERS STOP MOVING, WHICH THEY DON'T FOR 10-20 MINS. I WAITED TOO LONG TO TRY IT TO BE ABLE TO SEND IT BACK!

doesn't work
Battery was Low brand new from the package, it does not beep and stop it just continues to count the temperature, never stays at a certain temp so you don't know when its done tracking.. do not buy

Do not waste your money
This thing is AWFUL for taking BBT. There is no backlight, which is necessary when taking a temperature so early in the morning when its still dark. It takes forever to read your temperature. Do not waste your money on this!

Failing not even 4 months later
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I wasn't particularly happy with this thermometer even from the beginning. It beeps too quietly for me, it's not backlit... but I was willing to put up with those issues as long as it would JUST FUNCTION. I have been through so many thermometers with FAM charting and it's really quite irritating. So when I got a temp of 91.70 degrees this morning, and realized that the horizontal lines on the 1's digit were disappearing, it was so maddening that I had to come write this review. I still haven't found a good basic BBT thermometer. I don't want something that syncs to my phone, or all the crazy bells and whistles... just a back-light and beeps that are loud enough to actually hear, but not loud enough to scare me and wake my husband. Is that too much to ask? Apparently.

If nothing else, at least it's accurate
I don't mind that this thermometer takes a while, but what I hate is some mornings I'll turn it on, put it in my mouth and after like 5 minutes or more I realize it just....turned off...and I've had it in my mouth all that time for no reason. I'll turn it back on and still get an accurate reading even with that "pre-warming", so I appreciate that. I HATE that it has no back light and for that reason I'm switching thermometers next cycle.
