The installation set up is a pain in the software on the iPhone .. the software could not detect the UID from the hardware/device using smart config or by trying to add manually or even using the ethernet cable ...spent close to five hours trying to set up the device but in vain. Returned the device and I am awaiting a replacement

Good night vision for the room. Zoom in the app did not work. Setup was simple. Value for money. Motion detection feedback is aggressive, keeps sending notifications to the phone. so best kept on low. Added a 32 Gb micro sd hc card. Records properly. Voice hearing is better. Don't expect your voice to be heard over a TV sound ever. It's a very tiny speaker inside cam. It's expected not a deal breaker at all. They Should Sell Outdoor Models too. Looks like they found a Good quality supplier from China.

could not set it up via WiFi, but was able to configure it via Ethernet. Its working so far flawlessly. The Access over IP is good, and over a 3G network accessible. You would however need good connection speeds. The Alarm function is usable to some extent, the alarm based recording capture is faulty and only captures a minute after the alarm even if there are moving objects, which seems like a bug. I guess the alarm based recording should stop only after the movement is steady or a configurable time period. Right now there is no way you can configure that. The manual is not quite extensive and only covers configuring first time. It says " FTP snapshot upload ", which was a key motivator for this purchase, however I could not find any documentation on that. The highest quality is OK, the lower quality mode is not quite usable for detecting people moving around. The night vision is good in the middle. I think there is room for improvement.With the budget and price this is the best you can get, so no complains there.

Brilliant product and works seamlessly on all platforms including MAC. Good output and all tweaking options available for customization ranging from video/audio quality, motion sensor etc. What i liked about this camera is its ease to be accessed form any computer/ipad/phone from anywhere unlike my previous purchase from smiledrive which restricted it to be viewed through a certain software on the IPAD and was impossible to stream it online as all softwares related to the sharing were windows only. A must buy if you want home surveillance,ease of remote monitoring and platform independent system.

Works beautifully. I can view the area it covers from 1000s of miles away in full details and excellent clarity. The pan and tilt function also works in remote mode . Installing the camera and setting it up on my cellphone through the app was also extremely easy. It was actually 'Plug and Play' as described. The long term reliability, however, can be seen only as time elapses.

If any one steal the cctv, the data will also go with it forever. There should be a option for remote back up. Most of the memory cards get corrupted

Not upto the mark infrared mode is waste it wil not worth more than a meter. It records in alaram mode but there's nothing in the videos. App crashes very oftenly. Night visibility is very poor. I'm not happy

Overall the product is good. Delivered on time. Installation is quite simple. Picture quality is good in normal light but disappointed in night vision. Can't see anything above 4 feet distance in complete dark environment. Apps provided from play store is good also. For me, it fulfill my requirement.
