This shake is amazing!!
I drink this shake every single day and I've lost 30lbs so far. This really works!!! Not only does it taste great, it gives me energy too. (P.S. you can go to the bathroom everyday after drinking this shake only for a week straight) BEWARE If you try this once, you will be hooked. I put this in a shake with the PureNourish Coco, Almond and Coconut milk, low sugar yogurt, stevia, chia seeds, coconut oil and some frozen strawberries. It's the best shake I've ever had!!
