So i've determined that this is basically lysol on super steroids!! It does a great job, but do this when you have the time to leave the windows open afterwards for most of the day to air the car out. I did this in the evening then had to drive to work the next morning and ended up driving down the interstate the whole 20min ride in with the windows down and even then it was still strong when i got of work later in the day. Also wipe the residue off afterwards from the dash, and lay a towel under the can since a good amount of it settles on the rug around the can and soaks it.All in all, it's a great product, but i would only use it for extreme cases when your car smells mailnly during recirculate. If your vents smell when not in recirculate, try spraying lysol through the intake under the hood first. It will be less strong, and will accomplish the same thng. If that doesn't take care of the smell, then move to the foam, then to this as a last resort.

The only a/c deodorizer that actually worked for my BMW 3 series. I have tried BG frigi-clean, Dynamic stuff, a/c cleaner from Homedepot, even eisnzett's own foaming agent, nothing lasted longer than 2 weeks. This spay smells really strong and it is. Recycling it in my car for 5 mins and the sour a/c smell has been gone for 1 month! I will see how long one shot will actually go and update here. Two things you need to be cautious about:1) don't place it directly under your glovebox because that will leave white residual on the glovebox cover as the mist shoots upwards and his the cover, also it will condense and drip to the floor. Do yourself a favor by pulling the passenger seat all the way back and put the can where nothing obscures its path. 2) as mentioned before, the smell is really strong, I would recommend you leave the doors open overnight after the treatment. It actually took me 3 days to get rid of the smell.

Ok, let me give a brief description of what needs to be done (Windows must be closed): Get paper towel and place it on passenger side floor, push seat all the way back, place can on top of paper towel, turn car on and turn AC on at highest fan setting. Depress top button on can until it clicks and close door. Wait at least 12 minutes. (Can will stop spraying before that) then open doors and windows down to ventilate car. You will notice a strong chemical type of smell, this is normal. Wipe away any little excess product on the air vents of your car. And....your done. Its really simple and after the chemical smell fades in a couple of days, ALL smells are gone!!!! My interior smelled great afterwards and the musty smell that was there disappeared completely.I highly recommend this product for musty or any bad smell from your AC and interior. Its been over a month and still no signs of smell.

I purchased this product to eliminate the musty smell you get when you turn off the A/C after it's been working for a while. I followed the instructions to the letter, placed the can in the passenger footwell and letting it spay until empty. This had three effects, all bad, listed here in order of infuriation on me:1. The spray left a visible residue on the plastic and brushed aluminum trim on the passenger side. When I wiped it the residue off with a soft cloth moistened with water, the plastic was discolored and the brushed coating on the aluminum trip came partially off, leaving behind a horrible sight. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to replace. There should be a clear warning about this potential side-effect on the product itself and in the product description.2. The musty smell is NOT gone, or even reduced. Apparently, the product had no effect on the problem it claims to cure.3. Four days later, and after extensive driving with all the windows open to air out the interior, the car still has a distinctive chemical smell when it's locked with the windows closed even for a few minutes.In conclusion, not only did this product NOT work as advertised, but it caused hundreds of dollars of damage to the passenger-side interior of my car. Wow.

As the name implies, it is easy to use. It worked well in our small SUV, which had a faint "moldy" odor (I suspect from the heating/AC unit). Use just requires you to close the windows, start up the AC on high, and activate the can. After the can was finished and the car was aired out for a while, there was a slight residual "fresh" smell (not unpleasant). In my case it wasn't a permanent fix, but it did keep the vehicle odor free for 3-4 months.

My car was smelling musty, almost moldy especially when the AC was NOT on. I went by the reviews online and purchased this. SO glad I did. It was super easy to use. My car had a bit of a chemical smell for a day or two so if you can avoid driving it immediately after using, do so. Now it just smells clean with or without the AC on. So grateful for this product. I can highly recommend it.

I used this to make a bad odor in the car go away. It worked like a charm for a few months, but then the odor returned. I don't think it was this product, further investigation showed that my problem was in the drain...clogged. Try it and see what you think. The chemical smell after is not too over baring and within a few hours my wife felt comfortable with bring the children into the car.

They aren't kidding when they say "may cause dizziness" so pay attention to the instructions. My car switched itself out of Recirculate halfway through the treatment, and my street was briefly filled with "dizzy gas". Not what I expected! It may have helped my A/C issues a bit, but not completely, probably due to the incompleteness of my process. I might try the other foam product from the same company.

Purchased this product after reading the only other review I have tried other products spray neutralisers strong air fresheners etc without success so purchased 2 of these just incase and I have just put this in the car as instructed on the can placed in the car with fan on full and recirculating air con off and waited 5 mins for the can to empty and then a further 5 mins for it to do it's magic and Iam pleased to say this works ventilate the car after as it is rather strong but I was gob smacked job done no more smell buy in confidence you will not be dissapointed.

Easy to use. Unfortunately didn't remove dog odour.

I was changing cars and the interior smelt of cigarette smoke, I quit a while ago but the smell never left. I used a can of this and it worked brilliantly

Bought this to mask the smell of cigarettes in the car I bought, didn't make a scrap of difference.

Freshened the a/c system a bit but did not completely remove humid odor
