Great gels, easy on the stomach.
Great gels. Having tried many over the years, I used these on my most recent marathon. The consistency is just right - easy to swallow, not too gloopy. Tried a few flavours and liked these. Caffeine hit was good. No stomach issues. I’d use these again.

Good for a marathon
I have used these now for one marathon and a couple of half marathons. Easy to open and consume whilst running. I find the taste and consistency of all of the flavours are fine. Having some water at the same time helps though. No issues at all with digestion - I got through 4 gels during my marathon. I do notice the energy boost as well. I also sometimes have one of these gels before a hard interval session if I have not had much to eat that day. They really do help. Oh - and the fact that they are vegan is a big bonus as well!
