I've been taking these for a while now and I think they are worthwhile taking. They are small tablets so very easy to swallow. I briefly stopped taking for a few weeks while I ran out of stock and forgot to order and noticed my knee pain came back to a degree. Given the low cost and supposed benefit of turmeric I think it's worth a go.

Sometimes the zip lock bags lose their 'zip' so I just use a kitchen clip to seal them but apart from that, I have no issues and will continue to use their products and happily recommend them.
