Absolutely not.Couple hours after drinking I had the WORST stomach cramps I have ever experienced. Keeping in mind, I have very bad monthly cycles and can take the pain.However, this was another experience. In agony, hunched up. After that ordeal, I had an even worse one on the toilet. DO NOT DRINK.Does not do anything for weight loss and not worth the pain

We had to refund this because we paid for the 4 boxes for 18 gbp and only received one. Amazon advised we could keep the box we did receive . Buyers beware.That said, after trying the tea. The flavour isn't great but the results as a laxative is profound. Make sure you don't have any plans the next day and maybe bring some reading material to your bathroom.
