Plug and play replaced for CR2032W battery
I needed a CR2032W battery for my Asrock motherboard. Not sure why there's a bunch of options at different price points from this seller. This one works.

Perfect CMOS replacement for Thinkpad T430
For T430: Disconnect the AC cable and pull the battery. Open the small vented compartment center-bottom. Pull the connector from its socket, free the wires, and then pull the old CMOS away (it's stuck with very sticky glue). Reverse the process; replace the compartment cover, replace the battery, reconnect the AC cable, reboot the computer, F1 into the BIOS and set the date and time.
