I purchased this for my dad. It’s so easy for him to remember to take it. He does not complain about the size. He says the value of it is worth it. It’s very easy to use with the cap cause he has arthritis on his hands. So far he says the effectiveness and the strength of the item is not too much not too little. He really likes it and this is him trying to for a month.

Arrived the same day that I ordered. The capsules don't stick to each other like other brands I've used. I like that there are different options (milligrams).

I purchase this item through subscription and have never had a problem. However, when I open my recent purchase all of the capsules were stuck together and I could not get any out the bottle. I received a credit and repurchased and the replacement bottle was fine.
