I bought this product because I wanted to tone up my muscles without spending too much time or money on the gym. I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a few weeks, I can see and feel the difference. It's easy to use, just stick it on the area you want to work on and choose the mode and intensity level that suits you. It feels like a gentle massage, but it actually stimulates your muscles and makes them contract. I use it every day for about 20 minutes, and I can do other things while it's working, like reading or watching TV. It's also very portable, so I can take it with me when I travel. I like that it comes with different pads for different body parts, so I can target my abs, arms, legs, and butt. It's a great way to get a full body workout without any hassle. I ordered this device because I have two prolapsed discs and cannot exercise as I would want, especially core strength exercises. This device is the perfect substitute for sit ups etc. You can really feel it working your stomach muscles and you do feel like you have done a work out. I use it twice a day, normally when i'm out walking the dog and I can honestly see a difference around my mid area. I have issues with my back going into spasm due to my prolapsed discs and believe it or not this is very helpful. Use the the little devices normally used for your arms at the base of my back and this helps relieve the spasms/pain which is an added bonus. I highly recommend this product 10/10

If I could put Zero stars, I would, from opening the box, you could realise this wasn’t fit for purpose, far too low grade material. On putting the equipment together, shaved my stomach and applied the gel pads to the electrical impulse points, one came off and had to use one that was for the arm bands, you only get 10, so you would have to order another replacement to use the full kit. Anyway then applied to my shaven ab area used it on mode 6 Intensity 10 for 15 minutes very mild impulses. Then tried to take it off and 4 of the 6 gel pads stuck to my stomach and could not be reapplied to the kit. Totally unfit for purpose, don’t waste your time and money, absolutely rubbish 😡

Had this for about 4 weeks now and whilst my stomach will take quite a while to show any results it feels tighter and I can see results on my arms quite clearly. Have been using it alternate days. Using it takes some getting use to in order to avoid damaging the gel pads but since the first week haven’t had to change them - and the pack does come with several spares. Not quite a full gym work out - but I just wouldn’t go to a gym, have tried, but definately a good investment and showing results.

The product does exactly what you expect. It helps you tone your muscles while you can do whatever else you want at the same time. It is also very light so you can carry it with you easily even when you are on vacations. You can use it at different areas of your body, and you see results soon.

I bought this to use to complement my exercise routine.I have been going to the gym regularly but needed that something extra to help strengthen my core and this couldn’t have been better.Not only to I feel healthier through exercise but my core has become more toned and I feel stronger.I would recommend this to anyone whether you need that extra for core strength or just to tone your abs and core muscles.

I have to say this is the best muscle stimulator I’ve tried (and I have tried a few!!) by a long shot.Easy to use, adhesion is good (make sure you clean and fully dry the skin first - before applying). It has slimmed down my stomach (fat on my pornch!), so I will def carry on. Well worth it!!
