The item arrived in good condition ,connect all the pieces as the manual and I have many tries and lost a lot of mugs with the tests , the sublimation printing not working.I bought another vevor 8 in 1 and try and it works perfectly, so the problem is with this squiz sublimation vevor machine. ( See pics attached with the 8 and 1 vs this Pink sublimation squiz machine)Tried contacting the support without answer, 1 hour in chat waiting for support and no phone and also no replacement for 250mm mug heating press replacementPlease consider this before buy this product, Amazing color but DOESNOT WORK.

Within months, after the return time of course, the heating element started to wrinkle and would leave marks on my sublimation transfer. I tried to order a replacement heating element and no element is female with the same pin configuration.UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot get a hold of Amazon via telephone and they won't accept a return because it has been 4 months opposed to 1 month. Additionally, Vevor also doesn't accept returns without a warranty claim.
