Thank you Amazon for offering Turkish Karacia products which are my favourite brand ever.As described , Great gift idea so I bought this l tea pots set for my lovely cousin with 2 sets of tea cups. She liked them so much….I will definitely buy more and more…..Waiting you to offer more different designs….

The price is right!
Low quality steel. Handles get overly hot for the touch. Otherwise, I like the look and functionality. I cannot attest for the durability because i just used the pot a couple of times.

Leaking problem!
The bottom is leaking. I did not use it before the return window so I did not notice it. Now I can not return it. No way to contact the seller, either. Amazon gave me a phone number to reach out to the seller but it is not working.

Leaking spout
Just received this product, washed and started boiling water and noticed the bottom of the spout is leaking. Very disappointed.
