Settled tummy
I bought as I was suffering from acid reflux. Started on omeprazole but didn't want to risk thr side effects. Read up that not producing enough stock acid can sometimes cause reflux.This really helped.

Digests fats
I have had problems digesting fats and have purchased these enzymes once a year for the past three years.After a week of taking them my digestion resolves itself. Id finish the tub and all will be good for the rest of the year.

Great for IBS
I have IBS and using this really helps, can’t recommend enough or live without it

Not effect for me
I bought this supplement on 11 August. Almost two weeks have passed. But it has no effect on me. I take this pill with food, but even after this my stomach feels full, as if the food has not been digested.

Won't buy again
Gives stomach ache, though strongly recommend we by my nutritionist. I tried several times but gave up. Other well known ensymes gave me far better experience. Won't buy it again.
